Who does the work?
We do the build and the SEO work in-house; nothing is subcontracted without your written OK. How the work splits depends on who builds the new site:
- End to end. On platform moves into WordPress, domain or URL structure changes on WordPress, and WordPress redesign projects, we move or build the site in WordPress and do the URL work around it: the URL inventory you sign, the redirect map, the parity check and launch QA.
- Your developer or agency builds. We build the URL inventory and the redirect map, hand over the map in your server’s import format, and can run launch QA and the crawls after launch. This is the SEO-only route: plans for sites others build.
- Through a partner agency. We do the URL work, and the build if the agency wants it, under the agency’s name at partner rates: working with agencies.
- After a traffic drop. If clicks fell after a relaunch, we run the diagnosis and, if you go ahead, the fix.
How the work is checked
A relaunch needs two skills at the same time: building the new site in WordPress, and the SEO work that decides where each old URL goes. Each project leaves files you can check yourself, whoever reads them:
- the URL inventory, which you sign before mapping starts;
- the redirect map, as a CSV and as an import file for your server or redirect plugin;
- the parity sheet, which compares each old page’s title and headings with its new page;
- the crawl reports from launch day, day 7 and day 30, each with its CSV.
The day-30 crawl tests every URL on the signed inventory against its mapped page. On end-to-end projects, the final invoice waits for it: Day-30 URL Check: Final 40% invoiced only after our day-30 crawl shows every signed-list URL reaching its mapped, indexable page. Outages and others’ changes excluded.
SEO Migration Studio is a new studio, and no client projects are published on this site yet. A project will appear here only with the client’s written permission. Until then, the method is open to inspection: the phase-by-phase process shows what each phase hands you, and the published price list sets every package and size in USD and GBP.
What we do not do
The packages are scoped tightly, so a few things sit outside every one of them:
- Promise rankings or traffic. Google ranks pages; we do the URL work and check it, URL by URL.
- Write new copy. We move your existing content into the new site; copywriting is not included.
- Build new links. Link Reclamation asks sites that already link to an old URL to update the link; it never places new links.
- Clean up penalties. Manual-action work, including reconsideration requests, is out of scope; the diagnosis reports a manual action when one explains the drop.
- Pay for hosting or domains. Hosting, domain renewals and premium theme or plugin licenses stay with you.
Working remotely from Pakistan
We work remotely from Pakistan for US and UK businesses, not from an office in the US or the UK. Calls, staging reviews and launch QA run online, and the launch itself happens in a window agreed with you in advance.
