Who may use this website?
Business visitors may use the site to learn about SEO Migration Studio and to send an inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not oblige either side to start an engagement. Do not use the site in a way that harms it or its visitors, such as sending automated or abusive inquiries or trying to reach parts of it that are not public.
Is the website’s content advice?
Website content is general information about migrations, redesigns and search, written for business owners. It is not advice for your particular site, and it may not cover your situation. Decisions about your site, and their results, remain yours unless an order with SEO Migration Studio covers them.
Are the prices on the website an offer?
The prices, package scopes and billing items shown on the website come from one source and match the pricing page. They describe what SEO Migration Studio sells; an engagement starts only when both sides sign an order, or when you book a diagnosis. Prices are shown before any VAT or sales tax that applies; invoices add tax where the law requires it.
Who is the contract with, and what governs it?
Every engagement is with SEO Migration Studio, a trading name of a business that works from Pakistan. Each engagement is governed by its order and by these terms. The order sets the scope, the size, the fees, the timing and the billing items that apply; where the order and these terms differ, the order prevails for that engagement.
Each side keeps the other’s confidential information, including logins and access details, private, and uses it only for the engagement. SEO Migration Studio names a client, or shows its work, only with that client’s written permission.
Does the website promise any result?
No. Nothing on this website guarantees search rankings, positions, traffic, leads or revenue: search engines decide how pages rank. A package commits only to the work in its scope, its timeline, and the billing and remedy items listed with it.
Hosts, CDNs, DNS providers, plugin and theme vendors, search engines, your developer and anyone else who changes the site act independently of SEO Migration Studio. Their changes and outages are outside every package, unless a package’s own items say otherwise.
Who owns the content and the templates?
The text, images and downloads on this website belong to SEO Migration Studio, except the third-party material each page credits, such as quotations and the open-licensed fonts. You may download, use and adapt the templates and checklists offered on the site for your own projects and your clients’ projects. You may not republish or sell them as your own downloadable product.
What is each side liable for?
The website is provided as it is, for general information. SEO Migration Studio is not liable for any loss that comes from relying on the website’s content alone.
For an engagement, SEO Migration Studio’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the package concerned. Neither side is liable for indirect loss, or for lost profit, revenue, traffic, rankings or data. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Which law applies?
These terms, and any engagement whose order names no other law, are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales may hear any dispute about them. An order may name a different law and courts for its engagement.
How are claims and notices sent?
Claims under a package’s billing and remedy items, cancellations and other notices go by email to hello@seomigrationstudio.com, or through the contact page. SEO Migration Studio runs every remedy itself.
How are changes to these terms handled?
The date at the top shows the published version. A revised version applies to use of the site, and to orders signed or booked, from the date it is published; an order keeps the terms in force on the day it was signed or booked. Questions about these terms go through the contact page.
