White-label agency partner
White-label WordPress migrations for your agency’s clients
For web design agencies that build WordPress sites without a migration SEO specialist, and SEO consultancies that need the work implemented.
If your agency builds or relaunches WordPress sites for clients, we do the URL work under your agency’s name: the signed URL inventory, the redirect map and the launch crawls, plus the build itself when you want that done too. Reports carry your branding. Partner Launch Checks are from $472 / £376.
Partner billing: SEO-only partner jobs invoiced when we deliver, due in 15 days; builds follow the 30/30/40 schedule.

Client projects that fit white-label work
White-label work fits a design agency that builds WordPress sites but has no migration SEO specialist, and an SEO consultancy that plans client relaunches without implementing them. Reports on partner jobs carry your agency’s name, not SEO Migration Studio’s. We do the build and the SEO work in-house; nothing is subcontracted without your written OK.
Each client relaunch splits one of two ways:
- Your developer builds, we do the URL work. You sign the URL inventory, we map each URL on it and hand over the redirect map to your developer, and the crawls check staging and then the live site. The SEO-only migration packages set out each part in full.
- We do the build as well. We move the client’s site into WordPress, change its domain or URL structure, or build its redesign, end to end, with the URL work included. Moves into WordPress from another platform and redesign builds under your agency’s brand follow the same partner terms.
The relaunch behind a partner job can be a domain change after a rebrand, a URL structure change, a platform switch into WordPress or a redesign.
Partner packages for a client relaunch
Every partner job is one of SEO Migration Studio’s published packages, sold to your agency at the partner rate. The table shows who does what on each one.
| Client situation | Package | Your developer does | We do |
|---|---|---|---|
| New templates not built yet | Migration Map | Builds the site and imports the map | URL inventory, redirect map, parity sheet, launch-day runbook |
| A redirect map already exists | Launch Check | Fixes what each crawl finds | A staging crawl, checks on launch day, then crawls on day 7 and day 30 |
| Map and crawls both needed | SEO Migration Package | Builds the site and imports the map | Both of the above, then Weekly Redirect Guard for a set period |
| You want the move built too | URL-Verified Migration | Nothing required | The move, the map and the launch checks |
The partner rate sits below the public prices in the tables further down: a size-S Launch Check is $472 / £376 on the partner rate and $590 / £470 at the public rate. The full price list shows every package at every size.
A client site that has already relaunched and shows a traffic drop can start with the Named-Cause Diagnosis, also at the partner rate. If your developer would rather write the redirect map in-house, the redirect map template is a starting point, and the staging crawl in the Launch Check checks the finished map before launch.

When to bring us in on a client relaunch
Bring us in once your client approves the relaunch plan, before your developer starts on the new templates. Google’s guidance on hiring SEO help also places the hire early in a redesign: “For example, a great time to hire is when you’re considering a site redesign (the earlier, the better), or planning to launch a new site.”2
The redirect map is easiest to write while the new site’s structure is still a plan. Each URL on the signed inventory needs a mapped page to reach, and a missing page is easier to add to a plan than to a finished build. On a partner job, the work divides three ways:
- You own the client side: the client’s approvals, the launch date and the signed URL inventory.
- Your developer builds staging and imports the redirect map, unless the build is ours.
- We write the map, run the crawls and send each fix list to the people you name.
Partner jobs share one calendar with every other project. We take on at most 1 new SEO-only launch a month. We take on at most 1 new relaunch project a month.
What your agency provides
For a quote, send the client’s current site address, a rough URL count and the launch date. Once a job starts, we need:
- Read access to the client’s Google Search Console property.
- The staging URL, open to a crawler.
- A contact on your side for fix lists, such as your developer.
- A launch window we agree together.
- WordPress admin access to the new site, if you want the Launch Check’s hands-on fix hours used.
For a build we do end to end, add admin and hosting access for the current site. How the remote setup works covers access and data handling, contracts and payment methods.
Billing, and what you can tell your client
SEO Migration Studio invoices your agency for every partner job. Partner billing sets one schedule for SEO-only jobs and another for builds, and the Terms section lists every billing line and commitment of these packages with its conditions; the partner quote states which of them apply to the job.
Your agency is the buyer on a partner job. The design, code, content and redirect files are yours on full payment.
Leave rankings out of what you promise the client. Google’s own page on site moves tells owners: “Expect temporary fluctuation in site ranking during the move.”1 What you can show the client is the part the work controls: the signed URL inventory, the redirect map, and crawl reports showing whether each URL reaches its mapped page.
Terms for Agency Partner rate (30-Day Launch Check, S) and options
Partner billing
- Applies to
- Agency Partner jobs.
- How it is billed
- SEO-only partner jobs are invoiced on delivery, due in 15 days; builds follow the 30/30/40 schedule.
- Limit
- Partner rates are 20% below the public price of each package.
Launch Check billing
50% to book, 50% when the day-30 report is delivered.
- Applies to
- 30-Day Launch Check.
- How it is billed
- The second 50% is invoiced when the day-30 report is delivered.
- Limit
- One launch per Launch Check.
SEO-only billing
50% to book; 50% invoiced when the map covers every signed-list URL.
- Applies to
- Migration Map and SEO Migration Package.
- How it is billed
- The second 50% is invoiced only when the map covers every URL on your signed list.
- How it runs
- Automatic: you receive the map with its coverage against the signed list.
- Limit
- The signed list is the URL inventory you signed before mapping started.
Map fix commitment
90 days post-launch: each signed-list URL broken by a map error gets a corrected map entry within 1 business day of your claim.
- Condition
- A map error: the map sends a signed-list URL to the wrong target, to no target, or omits a URL on the signed list. Your developer implements the map as written, and you send the launch date.
- Remedy
- A corrected map entry within 1 business day of your claim.
- How to claim
- Email the URL list within 90 days of launch; we confirm within 2 business days.
- Limit
- Once per URL. Not covered: the map not implemented as written; server, CDN or plugin rules outside the map; URLs added after sign-off; changes after launch by others.
Founding-Client bonus
Projects signed by 29 January 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET get 9 more months of Redirect Guard (sold separately at $149 / £119 a month).
- Who qualifies
- A Migration, Redesign, Intensive, SEO Migration Package or Recovery Fix signed before 29 January 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET.
- What you get
- 9 more months of Weekly Redirect Guard after the included 3, starting after your own launch.
- How it is applied
- Included in the order form when it is signed before the deadline.
- Limit
- Once per project. The window runs once and closes at 29 January 2027, 11:59 p.m. ET.
Day-30 URL Check
Final 40% invoiced only after our day-30 crawl shows every signed-list URL reaching its mapped, indexable page. Outages and others' changes excluded.
- Condition
- The final 40% of the project fee is invoiced only after our day-30 crawl shows every URL on your signed list reaching its mapped, indexable page: the old URL returns one 301 to its mapped target, the target returns 200, is not noindexed or blocked by robots.txt, and its canonical points to itself; an unchanged URL returns 200; a URL the signed map retires returns 410. Your part: sign the URL inventory and the map before launch, keep our WordPress admin and hosting/DNS access through day 30, and tell us before changing URLs, permalinks, redirect rules or redirect plugins in those 30 days.
- Remedy
- We fix every failure at no charge and re-crawl within 2 business days of each fix; the 40% is invoiced on the first passing crawl.
- How to claim
- Automatic: day 30 is 30 calendar days after the launch time in the launch log, and we run the crawl within 2 business days after it. The report and CSV are shared with you, and you can re-run the same list.
- Limit
- Once per project. If the crawl cannot run because access was removed or the site is down for reasons outside our scope, the 40% is invoiced on day 37. Not covered: host, CDN or DNS outages; changes made by you or anyone else; URLs added after you signed the list.
Staging sign-off
Second 30% due when you approve staging, or 5 business days after we send it unless you list in-scope fixes.
- Applies to
- Projects bill 30% to book, 30% at staging sign-off and 40% under the Day-30 URL Check.
- How it is billed
- Staging counts as approved when you approve it, or 5 business days after we send it unless you list in-scope fixes in that time.
- How it runs
- List the in-scope fixes in writing within the 5 business days.
- Limit
- In-scope fixes only; new requests are quoted as extra hours.
Redirect checks after the client’s launch
A relaunched client site keeps depending on its redirects long after day 30. Google’s advice for site moves reads: “Keep the redirects for as long as possible, generally at least 1 year.”1
Weekly Redirect Guard checks the client’s signed inventory in the months after the day-30 crawl and sends its alerts to the people you name; its public price is $149 / £119 a month.
If a client site earns inquiries or sales from Google and its relaunch date is set, that is the point to ask for a partner quote.
